Your video stays on your computer

Videos and MyChron files are read inside your browser; only the GPS and logger data are taken from them. The video itself is never uploaded anywhere.

Where your records are kept

Analysis results (GPS track, lap times, corner layout) are stored in your browser on this computer. Clearing browser data removes them. The beta has no accounts and we cannot see your records.

Outside services the app uses

• Weather: Open-Meteo — receives the track's approximate location and the date, to look up the weather.
• Satellite map: Esri — map tiles for the area are downloaded when satellite view is on.
• Lap-time screenshot reading: the text-recognition library is downloaded from jsDelivr the first time; recognition runs on your computer.
• Fonts: Google Fonts.
